Professional Development Meeting
Wednesday, February 13th
Location: Renaissance Stapleton
Topic: Link and Synch your Supply Chain
Speaker: Jeff Lane
It has been a while since I’ve been able to provide such an expert in supply chain management and all this time he has been one of our members. People of this caliber are very rare which is why we haven’t had anyone like this in a while.
I invite all of you to join us as Jeff covers how the complex manufacturing and demand planning/execution can be aligned with customer demand to provide the most efficient and cost effective methods for order fulfillment. Jeff developed and proved the techniques in this presentation over the past 25 years delivering more than $2 Billion in cost and cash flow savings to independently owned businesses, private equity and Fortune 500 Companies. These include American Standard, General Electric, Stanley Tool Works, Dell Computer, Edwards Life Science and Kimberly Clark.
Jeff Lane is an implementer of high performance, competitive operating strategies for companies that seek to enable a competitive advantage by delivering improved service, cost and value to their markets. Jeff has used supply chain and operational excellence techniques to realize revenue growth by as much as 10X and Company valuation increases by as much as 4X. Early in his career, his work with the Bell Laboratories Operations Research group was recognized with the Company’s Technical Professional Award of Excellence for deploying operational strategies that supported AT&T’s deregulation restructuring. He later became an originator of Demand Flow® Technology with JCIT International and DemandPoint, a leader in global operating strategy deployment, which contributed to patented technologies now used in the ORACLE e-business suites, SAP R3 and JD Edwards ERP systems.
Today, Jeff’s work continues to enable new system technologies and processes that raise delivery performance and organizational productivity improvement.
We have a great menu for you and as always there is CHOCOLATE!
We hope to see you all there!
