She has a Master of Science degree in Organizational Leadership through Regis University, Denver, CO, and helps leaders create an environment that builds trust and brings forth the capabilities of the people around them; a place that promotes personal responsibility and resilience; a culture where people have a high level of commitment. Marge is recognized for her ability to create awareness and stimulate actions that generate positive transformational results for teams and individuals.

Research shows that professionals who develop their emotional and social intelligence skills (ESI) positively influence both their personal and professional lives during times of uncertainty. These skills help them improve their ability to handle the insecurity in career transitions, maximize their job performance, and move beyond the “threshold capabilities” required to get a leadership position to become a more influential leader who capitalizes on the strengths of their followers.  This interactive presentation will give you an understanding of emotional and social intelligence skills, the payoffs for developing them, and it will provide you with ESI tools to increase your effectiveness.
