Topic: 5 Practical Tips for Reducing Stress and Increasing Happiness
Speaker: Richard Jones
We need to make 2021 a good year. No one is going to do it for us. We cannot sit around waiting for something good to happen any longer! Let’s start by making ourselves feel better. Richard will focus on a baseline understanding of positive psychology and its application to stress reduction, employee resilience, and emotional well-being. We will focus on the scientific study of “happiness” and the common factors that contribute to happiness. We will also provide 5 actionable interventions that can be immediately integrated into a person’s life. Participants will be able to develop their own individualized “stress management” plan.
