Job Duties and Responsibilities:

DISH is looking for an Inventory Analyst to join our In-Home Services division to support our inventory operations. This role will focus on supporting inventory management for a field organization with over 130 locations and over $70M in inventory. Responsibilities include strategic analysis of inventory position, inventory allocation and balancing, process improvement initiatives, and support of field operations. The ideal candidate will have a background or education in material planning, forecasting, data analysis, or operational support.


Primary Responsibilities fall into the following categories:

  • Analyze inventory consumption, forecast, and replenishment data to provide guidance to field locations.
  • Act on forecasting models and inventory/supply chain levels daily to equip the field locations for success.
  • Build transition and launch plans for new products.
  • Build relationships enterprise wide, and successfully work across departments to coordinate and communicate with various groups and key players.
  • Communicate with employees in field locations in written and spoken communication.
  • Evaluate business processes and provide direction for corrective action as needed.
  • Responsible for documenting business processes and updating documents as required.

Skills, Experience and Requirements:

A successful Inventory Analyst will have the following:

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Prior experience or education in inventory operations, data analytics, or material planning.
  • Strong follow through abilities and strong ownership of projects and tasks.
  • Must have the ability to conduct analysis and recommend solutions to issues and risks.
  • Proficiency with MS Office Suite and Google Suite.
  • Experience with Tableau a plus.

Minimum Qualifications
Education and Experience

  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • Minimum 3 years of related work experience and 1-year of supervisory experience.

Position Summary
Warehouse Crew Leader is responsible for subordinate warehouse workers in the receiving, inspecting, handling, classifying, storing, issuing, record keeping, and inventory control of warehouse stock, non-stock materials, tools, and equipment. Assist in determining stock levels and material requirements.


Supervisory Responsibilities
This position has formal supervisory responsibilities over other employees.


Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Lead, plan, and schedule work of personnel involved in the receiving, handling, inspecting, storing, and issuing of all warehouse stock, tools, equipment, and special construction materials.
  • Responsible for the maintenance of records related to the control and movement of stock. Inventory periodically, being responsible for discrepancies.
  • Train warehouse personnel in proper warehouse operations and procedures including work and storage methods, use of equipment, safety or operation, maintaining a clean and orderly working area, and a computerized inventory system.
  • Confer with users to determine unique specifications and unusual quantity requirements, and coordinate delivery and construction schedules.
  • Assist in the analysis of stock quality, and reject all material of improper specifications or inferior quality. Initiate records to ensure proper credit to the department.
  • Analyze stock trends to avoid stock-outs, and identify slow-moving and overstocked items before they become obsolete.
  • Analyze additions to warehouse stock for standard compliance and recommend cost-effective alternatives.
  • Operate and maintain equipment assigned to warehouse operations.
  • Perform related work as required.

Business Analyst-Supplier Risk

We are looking for an energetic, organized self-starter and enthusiastic professional who is eager to drive continuous improvement, and controls. This associate must be a team player with excellent communication skills and be able to serve as a liaison for Business Owners/Units, Suppliers, Finance, Sourcing, Legal, Shared Services, Accounting, Purchasing, and Risk Management departments to ensure accurate and timely reporting. Job duties are varied and complex and requires independent judgment. 


To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required. Provides support to improve operational accuracy, efficiency, consistency, and compliance in support of the organization’s financial and tactical business objectives.


  • Performs supplier risk review and analysis of new and existing suppliers for new engagements initiated by the Business Owners via manual and automated processes.
  • Executes the same risk review and analysis for supplier annual reviews.
  • Coordinates communication and information requests between Business Owner, Supplier, Procurement/Sourcing Managers, Finance and internal SMEs-Subject Matter Experts to complete review and analysis.
  • Creates mitigation follow-up reports for identified risks from the above reviews and tracks progress.
  • Prepares weekly reports to enable clear communication and problem resolutions, such as:
    • Financial Approval Report for the Director of Sourcing
    • New Vendor Engagement Report for Business Owners and Executives
    • Status InfoSec/PSA Vendor Reviews for internal Vendor and Product security reviews
    • Quarterly KRI – Key Risk Indicator reports for the Board
  • Generates daily updates to the reports, such as:
    • Master Vendor Spreadsheet which tracks all engagements for all vendors
    • Status Checklist which monitors the risk due diligence status for each vendor’s engagements
    • VRA’s on Hold which identifies all VRA’s (Vendor Risk Assessment forms) that are waiting financial approval
  • Monitors and coordinates risk review documents from Business Owners, Suppliers and SME’s in order to complete the final risk supplier analysis and classify mitigation factors for identified risks.
  • Coordinates with SLD – Second Line of Defense regarding supplier risk rating and identified mitigation issues, and coordinates with the Business Owner on the mitigation plan.
  • Coordinates across sites and functional boundaries to identify and resolve risks/obstacles in a pro-active and expeditious manner to ensure alignment with Business Owner needs.
  • Develops and continually improves relationships across the supply chain, working closely with internal and external stakeholders.



  • Extensive experience performing Supplier Risk Management.
  • 3+ years of Ariba Contracts, Risk modules, or related Ariba modules.
  • Attention to detail, work independently, make decisions, and solve problems while working under pressure.
  • Excellent organizational and analytical skills with great attention to detail.
  • Advanced computer skills needed: MS Office Suite-Word, Excel, Outlook, including Visio, SharePoint; including: Pivot tables, V-Lookups, H-Lookups, Min/Max Evaluations, Equations, Macros and if-then statements.
  • Ability to read, understand and apply information in supplier and company documents, including but not limited to contracts, master service agreements, general service agreements, scopes of work and non-disclosure agreements.
  • Ability to quickly identify business problems/opportunities.
  • Ability to define and interpret key performance indicators/metrics.
  • Ability to analyze, interpret, document, prepare and present data-driven presentations.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects at one time, prioritize, and organize effectively.
  • Ability to show judgment and initiative and to accomplish job duties.
  • Knowledge of general accounting and billing procedures.
  • Demonstrate ability to apply critical thinking skills and a logic-based approach to problem solving.

  • Develops a global sourcing strategy for commodities (categories.)
  • Defines project scope and facilitates execution, identifying savings opportunities in order to provide differentiating value for Lockheed Martin.
  • Works with Business Area, Business Unit or Enterprise-wide, cross-functional teams of supply chain, component engineering, quality, finance and business operations professionals to analyze supply base risks & opportunities, support program needs, identify new sources of supply and maximize the horizontal strength for the specific category.
  • Negotiates and manages contracts and relationships with suppliers.
