About the Job:

Our Procurement team finds strategic approaches to procuring key resources for Danone like milk, water and plastic. As a part of this team, you will work with colleagues to find suppliers and resources that fit with our business goals, promote a circular economy and support Danone’s One Planet, One Health vision. As part of Procurement Operations, you are responsible for the performance of the upstream supply chain between a pool of Danone business units and Danone Suppliers. You ensure the efficiency of Supply Chain activities, animating Procurement internal stakeholders (buyers, front office…) and Procurement partners (business units, suppliers) on their performance. Reporting to the Supply Chain Integration Senior Manager, you are autonomous on your pool of countries to define and implement transversal improvement action plans (KPIs monitoring, process upgrade, digital transformation…). Key contributor for the upstream S&OP processes of your countries, you animate forecast accuracy /variance analysis and communicate the vision to all Procurement teams and suppliers. You will also guarantee the consistency and efficiency of the core model (global + local) through animation of local/central teams + process design.

Key responsibilities are:

  • Support the Post-Go-Live High-Care period & responsible for business stabilization.
  • Procurement Monthly Operations Meeting - Monitor the monthly KPIs (blocked invoices, master data, suppliers performance…).
  • DanGO Business Process Owner
  • Follow-up action plans with material planning teams / global & local front & back office teams / central procurement operations teams / regional category activation managers & buyers.
  • Escalation point for issue resolution on procurement operations processes such as contract creation.
  • Analyze monthly the raws & pack forecast deviations in Horizon with the 2 material planning teams (dairy + plant-based) – ensure forecast accuracy for buyers/suppliers.

Other tasks & responsibilities:

  • Taking the role of Business Process Owner for selected processes.
  • Propose process improvements and drive simplification and/or harmonization projects.
  • KPIs calculation and adhoc analysis on business unit or supplier performance.

The base compensation range for this position is $75,000-99,000. About You:

You will have:

  • Supply Chain educational background
  • 5 years of experience in Supply Planning or Material Planning.
  • Strong communication skills and able to connect with diversity group of stakeholders at all levels (up to VP level)
  • Transversal management skills, ability to build win-win solutions with counter parts
  • Pragmatic mindset - process and system orientated
  • Strong entrepreneurial mindset and intercultural skills
  • Strong communicator; Fluent in English
  • Customer centric and results-orientated
  • Consulting skills, concrete and pragmatic approach
