Qualifications:

Administrator I – Supply Chain Assurance Coordinator

What you’ll do:

  • Send, receive, and analyze supplier capability data.
  • Retrieve, organize, analyze, and present supplier risk data.
  • Assist in the improvement, design, construction, and deployment of a system to better organize and standardize supplier information forms.
  • Conceive and develop solutions to administrative problems through the applications of professionally accepted administrative techniques, practices and procedures.
  • Conceive and develop solutions to administrative problems through the applications of professionally accepted administrative techniques, practices and procedures.
  • Perform a combination of administrative tasks in functional areas, such as, purchasing, accounting, security and quality.
  • Gather, interpret, and analyze data, including performance metrics, for departmental or program needs.
  • Recommend, interpret, and implement company and internal administrative policies and procedures.
  • May coordinate and/or supervise work with other activities, resolve conflicts, interpret policy, determine, recommend, and/or implement creative solutions.
  • May interview candidates and recommend hiring.
  • Maintain required records and reports in accordance with Ball Aerospace policies and government regulations.
  • Maintain a regular and predictable work schedule.
  • Establish and maintain effective working relationships within the department, the Strategic Business Units, Strategic Support Units and the Company. Interact appropriately with others in order to maintain a positive and productive work environment.
  • Perform other duties as necessary.

What you’ll need:

  • BS/BA in a related field.
  • Each higher-level degree, i.e., Master’s Degree or Ph.D., may substitute for two years of experience. Related technical experience may be considered in lieu of education. Degree must be from a university, college, or school which is accredited by an agency recognized by the US Secretary of Education, US Department of Education.

Working Conditions:

  • Work is performed in an office environment, laboratory, cleanroom, or production floor.
  • Travel and local commute between Ball campuses and other possible non-Ball locations may be required.
