Consultant management and Offset coordination within Business Development Strategy & Operations. Space uses consultants, domestic and international, to support a wide range of business development activities across the enterprise. This person will be responsible for managing these consultant activities by creating consultant requests and managing onboarding processes, requiring the ability to multi-task multiple simultaneous activities independently and collaboratively with the BD, Finance, Legal, and Supply Chain organizations, as well as corporate headquarters.

Additionally, as the primary offset POC for LM Space will identify and develop opportunities to satisfy enterprise offset obligations and identify areas for cross-BA collaboration. Candidate must have excellent communication, team-building, and administrative skills with preferred experience in consultant and offset management. This position will also perform work outside of specified job scope in support of a sometimes ambiguous working environment as our workload requires.

Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Business Administration, or Management degree program.

Experience with Supply Chain, DoD, demonstrated track record with international business, foreign language study, processing of external contracts, or past experience managing external vendors or consultants.


Desired Skills:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Interest in International Business.

Competitive Intelligence and Market Analysis Experience.

Multi-lingual.

Highly organized and attention to detail.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

Worked or lived overseas.
