The Headlines:
In the role of a Logistics Analyst working in Golden, CO you will be part of the Customer Supply Chain team. You will align and collaborate with our Customer Service Team, Breweries, Distribution Centers, transportation providers and distributors to deliver superior service in executing daily/weekly/monthly shipment volume.
This position reports to the Sr Logistics Analyst and works closely with our Logistics Team and Regional Transportation Mangers.
The Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage domestic and international carrier networks to deliver excellent service to 1800 distributors in the US, 60 global customers, eight big domestic breweries, five craft/micro-breweries, nine import supply breweries, nine distribution centers
- Ad-hoc analysis on potential rate or rule changes initiated by carriers
- Assist and support our breweries, Distribution centers and carrier partners some nights and weekends
- Maintain the transactional aspect of freight in an integrated Transportation Management System (SAP TM) and Warehouse Management System (SAP EWM)
- Building and sustaining business partner relationships with third-party freight vendors

- Possess a proven track record of achievement in a high speed, high volume manufacturing environment
- You are confident and competent. You are diplomatic, professional and exercise great judgment in developing and maintaining excellent business relationships within the business
- You are serious about delivering results, and take pride in a proven track record in delivering.
- You are a skilled negotiator focused on the client; your constant curiosity fosters your innovative style and you can equally execute ideas given to you
